These terms apply to this website and to MovieStudio, the desktop app that makes the videos of 7 Colors 1 Ending.
The website
- Everything on this website is free. You may use it, share it and link to it for personal, non-commercial use.
- The videos, the characters, the worlds, the logo and the banner belong to 7 Colors 1 Ending. Please do not reuse them without permission.
- A video you make and share here may be kept and shared for personal, non-commercial use (also on TikTok, YouTube or Instagram), with the logo and 7colors1ending.nl in the picture. Please do not remove the watermark or sell the video.
- The live video, the guessing game, the coin pot and "What did others pick?" are offered as they are, for fun. The coins have no value and cannot be exchanged for anything.
- Messages must be friendly. Do not send anything unlawful, hurtful or advertising. We may delete messages without reply.
- Do not try to disturb the website or to fill the counts with fake videos.
- We do our best to keep the website available, but cannot promise it always works.
MovieStudio
- MovieStudio is a private desktop app, used only by the creator of @7colors1ending. It is not offered to the public.
- It connects to TikTok and YouTube with read-only access to show the statistics of the creator's own accounts. It does not post, edit or delete anything. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
- The use of TikTok and YouTube is also subject to the terms of those platforms: the TikTok Terms of Service and the YouTube Terms of Service.
Liability
This website and its content are provided without any warranty. 7 Colors 1 Ending is not liable for damage caused by using this website, as far as the law allows.
Changes
These terms may change. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
